Accuracy of content
We took every care to ensure prices and descriptions are correct. However, orders will be accepted if there are no mistakes and stock is available. All prices include necessary taxes.

Processing your order and delivery dates
We try to do our best to deliver ASAP. Usually we try to deliver within 14 working days.
You will get contacted within 48h from the moment of purchase to get approximate length of time until delivery. Next step is contacting you 24h prior to deliver.
On delivery
Please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture.
Any shortage of or damage to goods that should have been obvious on delivery must be notified to us within 30 days of delivery.
Payment
Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. All outstanding balances must be cleared before delivery. We do not offer any finance options.
Cancellation Policy
We offer 14 day cancellation and refund policy. Any customer has 14 days of receiving their goods to inform us that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve informed. We will issue a refund accordingly within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Refunds
Following cancellation of your order any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 14 days.
Your guarantee
We will cover your furniture purchase for 12 month against any manufacturing defects which may arise, under normal use. This guarantee applies to Mainland UK only. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times with us or licensors.
Damage to your computer
We make efforts to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects as much as we can. But, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot give 100% guarantee that your use of our website won’t affect your computer in any way. We recommend the use of the right software like firewall and antivirus software to keep your use of our and other websites safely.
RD Furniture does not take any responsibility and shall not be liable in the very unlikely event that while using our website your pc, laptop, smartphone or any other device is damaged.
